・Puroland passports or JOY tickets are required for attractions.
・The use of blankets, ground sheets etc. to obtain a viewing spot for performances is not permitted.
・Puroland contains a large number of stairs and escalators. For this reason, we kindly request that you do not use baby strollers in Puroland.
・Use of the loudspeaker system for personal announcements in not permitted. Please use the message service provided.
・Smoking is not permitted in Puroland. Please smoke in the designated area outside the park. Please have your hand stamped at the exit for re-entry.
・Please refrain from bringing pets (excect for service animals) into Puroland.
・Please refrain from bringing 2-way radios or transceivers into Puroland.
・Eating and drinking in Märchen Theater, Kitty's House and the Mini Photo Plant is not permitted.
・No flash photography is allowed inside any Puroland attraction.
・Guests wishing to take part in the Character Boat Ride must be able to walk at least 20 meters (including stairs).
・Large groups are kindly requested not to gather in one area and take group photos.
・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian of at least junior high school age.
・Please refrain from bringing fast food and other takeway foods into Puroland.
・Attractions and entertainment programs may be suspended or cancelled without prior notice. We kindly ask for your understanding.
